How it works
We can only accept applications from frontline professionals. This will include Social Workers, Registered Managers, Keyworkers/staff at an Ofsted registered provision, school or public sector / charity organisation, or Youth Workers at a registered provision.
- You will have to:
- 1. Have made a full assessment of the Young Persons’ needs as part of your organisation’s work process
- 2. Work directly with the Young Person
- 3. Have carried out at least one visit where the Young Person lives – where appropriate

and due diligence,
we will be in touch.
Eligibility
- Cared for Young Person 16 years old and above.
- Cared Experienced Young Person 16 -18 years Floating Support
- 16 – 18 Foster Care
- 16 – 18 Supported Accommodation
- 18 plus Semi- Independent Accommodation
- 16 plus in school or learning provision
- 16 plus at risk of exclusion
- 16 plus at risk of gang involvement
- 16 plus low income background
