The Hustle……(What we do!)
T.W.E works exclusively with care-experienced Young People and Young People from low-income backgrounds. We open doors to people, places, and experiences, so they can make informed choices about their career pathways.
Each month, we put on an event for Young People to meet Talent working in industries that are now trending. Events are underpinned with a support programme that is tailor-made to suit the needs of each Young Person. The support includes mentoring, peer support, counselling, and so much more!
Hand-in-hand we work with other professionals to support Young People in making the best choices for their future. At the end of the process, we host a bad ass Prom to celebrate the achievements of the Young People and to say thank you to those who have helped them along this journey.
